1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnyAIZero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AnyAIZero provides AI-generated text detection and humanization tools. These tools analyze writing patterns and estimate the likelihood that text was produced by artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI detection results are probability estimates only. They do not constitute definitive proof of authorship, plagiarism, or academic misconduct. False positives (human writing identified as AI-generated) and false negatives (AI-generated writing not detected) can and do occur. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of detection results.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyAIZero and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or reliance on detection scores or humanization outputs
• Decisions made based on Service results, including academic, employment, or legal decisions
• Service unavailability, errors, or interruptions
• Any false positive or false negative detection result

You acknowledge that AI detection should be used as one reference among many, never as the sole basis for academic or disciplinary action.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or disrupt the Service
• Submit content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws
• Exceed reasonable usage limits on free tiers

6. Intellectual Property

All content you submit remains your property. The Service's code, branding, analysis methodology (DeepSense™), and reports are the intellectual property of AnyAIZero.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store, log, or retain text submitted for detection or humanization.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
